Sharna Bradley, Director

Sharna's passion is training and developing people, in particular within the hospitality, retail, sales and customer service industries. Sharna is rewarded by influencing the way organisations deliver value to customers (both internal and external) through their people. Successful at communicating and building relationships with a diverse range of people, Sharna strives to support both organisations and individuals to learn, grow, and achieve their developmental goals.

Sharna has held various operational and managerial positions in restaurants, bars, hotels and clubs in Australia and Europe and has provided HR consultancy services to companies in Australia, India, and the Philippines.

Her success in hospitality and implementing change in a variety of organisational cultures has allowed her to expand her influence to sales and marketing and telecommunications organisations. Sharna's portfolio of clients now includes some of the largest players in these industries in Australia.

Since establishing PPS in 2002, Sharna has focused on delivering outcomes to client organisations whilst concurrently providing relevant, real-world training to course participants.

Sharna has specialist skills in Customer Service, Change Management, Performance Management, Conflict Resolution, Coaching and Mentoring, and Training and Development programs. Sharna's portfolio of consulting experience includes both operational and strategic human resources services and she has had extensive exposure to both the public and private sectors.

Rebecca Musson, Director

Rebecca has always been passionate about motivating, and developing people. Rebecca began her career with Team Management Systems 12 years ago where she worked with psychological instruments designed to determine work preferences for people along with developing effective communication networks within the workplace by fostering an understanding and respect for different people, personality types and job roles. Rebecca moved on to work within the Institute of Team Management Studies where she concentrated on studying the statistics and validity of these instruments giving her the confidence she has today to continue to use these philosophies and instruments in her own business and those of her clients.

Her passion for travel enticed her to complete an apprenticeship in Ladies hairdressing, and after traveling around Australia, she successfully opened and managed her own Hairdressing and Beauty Salon in Melbourne for 4 years.

In more recent times Rebecca has continued her psychology studies and has been responsible for HR Consulting and Training & Development in the corporate business environment; retail and hospitality sectors. She utilises her skills as a professional counsellor also specialising in Business & Leadership Coaching. Rebecca is an accredited facilitator of Team Management Systems helping organisations to create high-performance teams with an integrated system of quality, work-focused feedback instruments. Rebecca offers assistance to enhance individual, team and organisational performance and add value to your bottom line.

Rebecca specialises in Frontline Management, Business and Retail training as well as facilitating the TAA program.

Randall Wright, Facilitator

Randall is a contract trainer for PPS and is also a director of a management training and consultancy company.  Randall has diverse and extensive senior management experience across the hospitality, sales and marketing and agribusiness sectors and has consulted to both the public and private sectors in business management and planning. 

Randall’s breadth of experience ensures that training is easily linked to ‘real world’ experiences and his delivery style is relaxed and inclusive.

Jeannie Barker, Executive Business Support

Jeannie's background in the education sector encompasses resource design, development and production, inlcuding the development of online learning materials.

Her role at PPS encompasses web and graphic design, management of the PPS Student Network, research and resource development, newsletter and marketing materials production.

Jessica Klein, Administration Assistant

Email Jessica

Jessica is the initial point of contact for People and Performance Solutions.

In her role as Administration Assistant she regularly liaises with students to update them, confirm training sessions, etc. Jessica also compiles PPS resources for distribution to students and clients, including enrolment packs, assessment books and other materials.
